Food safety plan

A food safety plan describes the processes that are important in receiving, preparing, manufacturing, packaging, storing and transporting food. The plan also lists the so-called critical control points. These are points in the production process that require additional measures to ensure food safety. Entrepreneurs who sell food and work according to HACCP rules are able to produce safe food.

You need to take care of a food safety plan (VVP) yourself. Supsuppliers can provide you with this. Always keep your packing slip, keep your product specifications, keep your sales records in order (stock system) and store your products as prescribed.
